Richard A. “Randy” Meier has more than 30 years of executive leadership experience in the healthcare, medical technology and life sciences industries. Most recently, Mr. Meier served as Chief Executive Officer and Director of TwinMed, LLC. Previously, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Rockley Photonics Holdings Limited; Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of IntersectENT; and President–International and Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Owens & Minor. Earlier in his career, Mr. Meier held senior leadership positions at Teleflex, Inc., Advanced Medical Optics and ICN Pharmaceuticals. Mr. Meier served on the Board of Directors of BioMarin Pharmaceutical Inc. from 2006 to June 2026, including as Chairman from 2023 to 2026. He has also served on the boards of TwinMed LLC, Syntellix AG, Rockley Photonics Holdings Ltd., STAAR Surgical and the Orange County Museum of Art. Mr. Meier holds a B.A. in Economics from Princeton University and completed executive studies through the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University.
