The Board of Directors of Accuray Incorporated is committed to sound corporate governance and to providing investors with timely and accurate information.

The Board of Directors mandates that employees, officers and directors of Accuray Incorporated adhere to high standards to ensure strong and effective corporate governance. These documents may be modified from time to time as the Board deems necessary or as required by applicable laws and regulations.

Those wishing to communicate with the Board of Directors may do so through the Corporate Secretary either by writing to Board of Directors, c/o Corporate Secretary, Accuray Incorporated, 1240 Deming Way, Madison, WI 53717, or by sending an email to stockholdercommunications@accuray.com.

The Secretary will forward correspondence to our Board of Directors, one of the committees of our board of Directors or an individual director as the case may be, or, if the Secretary determines in accordance with his best judgment that the matter can be addressed by management, then to the appropriate executive officer. Messages intended for a specific director will be forwarded to that director subject to compliance with the existing instructions from Board concerning the treatment of inappropriate communications.
